Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must initiate the return process within 20 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Process

number and the reason for your return.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@streametoile.com.
To process a claim for a damaged item, you must provide a clear and concise video that clearly shows the damage or defect. This is required for our team to verify the issue.
After reviewing the video evidence, if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we may offer partial compensation based on the severity of the damage and the value of the product.
Please Note: This policy does not cover issues arising from:
- Improper use or handling of the product by the customer.
- Accidental damage after delivery.
- Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the product's features (e.g., color, size, or functionality not related to a defect).
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for lost packages as described in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer refunds for returns or shipping delays.
